If you realize you have accidentally added the wrong player to your tournament, don’t worry! As long as the player you added has not confirmed the request, you can change the player to the correct one (which will send a new request to that player to confirm their attendance). If the player you added was incorrect and that player incorrectly accepted the request, please contact our support team using the on-site chat or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
First, go to the admin Attendees list for your tournament, and search for the player you added.
Click them to open the attendee modal and you will see the option to “Update Invitation”.
Now, search for the correct player account, and click ‘save’. If the player does not actually have an account, then you can create a player for them. (If you can, please let them know that they should create an account!)
